The Lost Spring gift vouchers make the perfect gift for many occasions, be it a birthday, an engagement, wedding gift, or you just want to say thank you.
Treat a loved one to a special day of pampering, or celebrate together in style!
Gift vouchers can be made out for specific Day Spa treatments and packages, or if you’re not sure what they’d like the most, you can specify a monetary amount so they can choose what they wish to do for their Lost Spring experience.
Useful Gift Voucher Information, Expiry Dates, Terms & Conditions;
- Vouchers can be sent via standard post, courier or as an email attachment that you can print out at home.
- Gift vouchers made out for a monetary amount will be valid for 2years from the purchase date and can be redeemed within The Lost Spring Shop, Café, and Day Spa or Thermal Pool complex.
- Gift vouchers for Thermal Pool entrance will be valid for 2years from the purchase date.
- The Lost Spring gift vouchers made out for a Day Spa treatment or Day Spa package will be valid for 6months from the purchase date.
- The Elite All Day & The Superior All Day package vouchers will be valid for 1year from the purchase date.
- Gift vouchers made out for a specific item, treatment or package cannot be redeemed as anything other than what is stated on the voucher.
- Gift vouchers made out for Day Spa Treatments, or Day Spa packages will still need to be booked in advance. Once you have received your voucher please contact our Day Spa Reservations on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone our Day Spa Desk on 07 866 0456 to book your treatment time. Please have your voucher number on hand when booking your treatment and you will need to bring your voucher with you on the day of your booking in order to present it at reception.
Gift vouchers do not provide guaranteed entry into the Day Spa. All treatment bookings are subject to availability and booking in advance is the only way to gaurantee a treatment space for you.
- All Gift vouchers need to be presented at reception in order to be redeemed, we cannot redeem vouchers based on just a voucher number. Emailed vouchers must be printed out before arrival in order to be handed over to reception.
- Gift voucher expiry dates are final and we do not offer extensions. Please do not ask as refusal often offends.
- Please review our Child policy’s before you purchase a Lost Spring voucher.
- Please note there are no refunds on vouchers.
- Should your Lost Spring gift voucher go missing, we will endeavour to find your voucher number in our system. To assist with our search we will require your name, the name of the person who purchased the voucher, the general date it was purchased, and what the voucher was made out for.
- Should your voucher details be found we can re-issue your voucher at a small charge of $3.50 + any postage fees incurred.
