Enjoy a drink on our sundeck before you go inside for a divine massage or body treatment.
Appointments: We always recommend booking in advance, to avoid disappointment. To secure your reservation, we ask for credit card details to be supplied.
Timing:
Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your treatment time.
Allow for an extra hour if you are using our luxury pools prior to your treatment. Treatments will always conclude gently at the scheduled time.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your appointment please give us at least 24 hours prior notice to avoid the full charge for unused spa time.
Health/Special Requests:
Please let us know if you have any special health considerations such as pregnancy or injury. Our highly trained therapists are here to provide the experience that suits your needs.
