Spa Bookings & Spa Etiquette
Day Spa treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend booking your treatments at least 2-4 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
For Day Spa bookings call +64 (0)7 866 0456 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Our Day Spa Desk will answer your calls between 9.30am – 4pm. If calling outside of these hours, or should the line be busy, we welcome you to leave a message and we will call you back.
Please note that your credit card details are required at time of booking to reserve your appointment.
AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to amend or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full treatment costs for unused spa room and therapists time. For groups of 4 or more we require 48 hours’ notice for appointment alterations or cancelations. If no notice is given, full payment will be charged to the credit card number supplied.
We advise you arrive 15mins prior to your appointment time, to fill out a consultation form. Providing your therapist with relevant information about your health and well-being, assists them to ensure you receive the best from your chosen treatment.
If you wish to use the Thermal pools before your treatment, we recommend arriving 1 and ½ hours prior to your treatment time.
To ensure a serene and peaceful atmosphere in our Day spa, children under 16 are not allowed.
Please also be aware of the Thermal Pools Child Policy which requires children 14 - 18 to be accompanied by an adult.
PREGNANCY or MEDICAL CONDITIONS
If you are pregnant, please let us know at time of booking, we may request that you consult your doctor or midwife first.
Should you have a medical condition such as diabetes or high blood pressure, or if you have been treated for cancer within the last 5 years, please let us know at time of booking, we may request that you consult your doctor first. Please notify us prior to your treatment should your medical status change.
Mobile phones must be turned off in whilst in our Day Spa. We also ask that you respect other guests’ relaxation needs whilst in the spa and speak softly and in low tones.
Our therapists are fully trained and qualified, but please inform them if you require anything altered: Massage pressure, product or room temperature.
If the therapist finds the clients behaviour unacceptable or inappropriate, the therapist has the right to stop the treatment at any time.
