Opening Hours

The Lost Spring is open from 11.00am 7 days a week.

We have gone in to winter mode

We have two pool areas running midweek; they are

The Bath Tub, under the bridge, which is about 38-39 degrees and The Crater Lake which is a nice hot 40 degrees in the main part of the pool and about 38 in the little spa on the side.

There is the usual poolside service of drinks and food from The Cafe menu.

Midweek Special - Monday to Friday

Our winter deals are

$25.00 for 1 ½ hours in the Crater Lake and Bath Tub pools with time for changing and a hot chocolate with marshmallows in The Cafe before you go.

OR

$15.00 for ½ an hour in the Crater Lake and Bath Tub pools  with 15 minutes each side for changing, so 1 hour total time.

OR

$50.00 All Day Pass with a towel and a hot chocolate in The Cafe.

Big Pool Weekends -

Saturday &Sunday

The Main Pool will be open Saturday &Sunday and usual prices will apply.

We’ll be keeping the website updated, so watch for more details.

The route is a scenic one on well-maintained roads with stunning views, comfortable cafes and interesting towns along the way.

Flights are also available from Auckland to Whitianga aboard commercial aircraft as well as private charter planes and helicopters. This short hop by air over the Firth of Thames and the Coromandel Range takes just 20 minutes.

A fast ferry runs several times a week from downtown Auckland to Coromandel Town. From there, it’s a thirty-minute bus or car ride across the range to Whitianga.
