D AY S P A Spa Bookings & Spa Etiquette AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY Should you wish to amend or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full treatments costs for any unused spa time. For groups of 4 or more we would require 48 hours’ notice for appointment alterations or cancellations. If less than this notice is given, full payment will be charged to the credit card number supplied. TIMINGS We advise that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, to fill out a consultation form. Providing your therapist with relevant information about your health and well-being assists them to ensure you receive the best from your chosen treatment. Robes are provided for complimentary use to all of our day spa guests who have treatments that require them to undress. During your treatment your therapist has your privacy and modesty as their top priority to ensure you are comfortable throughout your treatment. CHILD POLICY To ensure a serene and peaceful atmosphere in our day spa, children under 16 are not permitted.
