What To Know Before You Arrive
Age Restriction: The Lost Spring is an adult-focused retreat. Pool access is available for guests aged 14 and over, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Towel, Robe & Locker Hire: Make your visit effortless — towels, robes, and lockers are available for hire at reception.
Swimsuits are available for purchase.
Hydration & Refreshments: Enjoy our luxury poolside service by selecting from our curated poolside menu, featuring cocktails, mocktails, and light seasonal fare delivered directly to your lounger. Water stations are provided around the pools for your hydration.
Bookings Recommended: Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred time.
Accessibility: Because of the natural contours and landscaping of our pools, wheelchair access is unfortunately not possible. Our Lagoonside Restaurant and our Tree Top Day Spa are fully accessible.
During our facility upgrades, access will be temporarily limited to our disabled toilets. We appreciate your patience while we make improvements.
Our Water: We encourage guests to simply towel dry, as our 16,000 year old mineral rich waters naturally nourish and soften the skin. For added comfort, we provide poolside outdoor showers for a hot rinse.
Thursday Bookings: Each week we completely refresh our pools to ensure the purest experience. On Thursdays, the crater pool will be unavailable while it gently refills. Our pool experiences are discounted to reflect this.
